This is a lovely, balanced sherry vinegar. The flavor is complex, and the acidity is just right: pointed and and just a bit mellow.

We have tasted every one in the sampler. The rice wine vinegar and malt vinegar are our favorites, but each one is wonderful!

There really is a difference between this amazing vinegar..all varieties….and supermarket. The taste is crisp and clean….I literally drink it with water…it’s that good. Of course, your salads will sing and a splash or two will brighten almost any dish and make it better. Wonderful product…

who would've thought. We've learned a good bit, admired the handsome packaging, and enjoyed experimenting with the very fresh and different vinegars. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I must take some ACV every evening to support digestion. I suffer from leaky gut and ACV is the only thing that helps me at night. Other brands are not good and have iffy additives that I don’t trust. Your ACV is clear, tastes better, and is effective! Thank you.

Have tasted it , it is very good. Have not used it yet. Will be making salad dressing first with it. Going to make baby greens, bacon, hard boiled eggs, and red onion to put it on. You have a recipe for dressing that I will use . Please keep up with the recipes they look great and will try them with other products of yours. Thank you again for taking pride in your product, you can taste the difference.

The MCV is good. It's not as sweet as I feared it might be. Instead, it's more of a hint of maple. It will do very well as a base for my salad dressing and as a marinade. I think it will also pair well with veggies either roasted or done in an air fryer. Thanks for another really nice vinegar.

I opened the package and liked the size and assortment of vinegars in the set. Can't wait to see how the recipient reacts to the gift.
