• 1 oz AVW Hibiscus Honey Vinegar

• .5 oz Gin

• .5 oz Blood Orange Juice (regular is fine)

• 4 oz Rosé Prosecco (or another sparkling rosé)

• 1 oz Soda Water

• 1.5 tsp Clover Honey
