This set includes a range of the most commonly used kitchen vinegars. You can compare our upgraded version of the classics and pick your favorite. 

Vinegars come in a custom box and include a recipe card to spur experimentation. 

Our vinegars are slow fermented using a process from the 1800s which we recreated in partnership with local universities.  After fermentation we age our vinegars in oak barrels and hand bottle every bottle.

Essential Kitchen Vinegars Four Pack

Worth Waiting For

Modern vinegars have lost their way, so we stepped back in time to recreate a process from 1823.  Our equipment doesn’t exist anymore so we remade it in partnership with local universities.

After slow fermentation our vinegars are barrel aged before being hand bottled raw and unfiltered. It all takes a lot more time and care but we think the results are spectacular. I hope you will too.

We create vinegars with flavor profiles that reflect a sense of place by working exclusively with American wines, ciders, and brews.

 Our vinegar works is housed in the blacksmith shop for an old textile mill complex in the heart of New England that is on the National Register of Historic Places.

It's an awesome product! Just used the red wine vinegar for a chimichurri sauce for, first a sammich and secondly some pork belly. The apple cider and malt vinegar is for some fried fish and just made some pickles with the white wine. It's an amazing product from an amazing company. They even sent me a hand written note. That made me a repeat customer. All the way from New Mexico.

Ditching the balsamic rut

I love good Italian balsamic and EVOO on my salad but seeing your ad and description of American vinegars made me buy the 5 bottle sample. I see there’s a whole lot more than salad to be done with vinegar but for now I’m choosing to taste the vinegars that way - and I’m so enjoying the taste in my salad. The Chardonnay vinegar is tangy yet smooth in my mouth. The RedWine vinegar is even smoother yet lights up my tongue. I look forward to learning more about my vinegar tastes. Your story is great!
