3oz local apple cider

1oz water
-
1.5oz spiced rum

.25oz maple syrup

.5oz Maple Cider Vinegar (or your favorite AVW cider vinegar)

1 cinnamon stick

1 star anise
-
1 clove
Directions
Add cider, Maple Cider Vinegar, water, maple syrup, and spices to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
Once the mixture achieves a steady simmer, add remaining ingredients and pour into your favorite mug or thermos.
Recipe Note
For a non-alcoholic version of this drink, remove the water and alcohol and replace with 3 additional oz of local apple cider.
